Double Raisin Pie

California golden raisins and regular raisins are mixed mixed with dried cranberries and apricots and baked into a delicious pie.


1/2 cup California Raisins
1/2 cup Golden California Raisins
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup dried apricots, diced
1 cup sour cream
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 deep-dish pie crust


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix sour cream and sugar.
  3. Add raisins, cranberries and apricots.
  4. Fold in beaten eggs.
  5. Stir in salt, cinnamon, cloves and vinegar.
  6. Pour raisin mix into the pie shell and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  7. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (optional)
