Double Peanut Clusters
- Yield: 30 pieces
- 1cup (6-ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2cups roasted peanuts
- Combine the chocolate and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir to see if the mixture is melted. Microwave until melted, stirring every few seconds. Add the peanuts and mix well. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
