Devil’s Lake Potatoes

"For many years my family and I would go camping at Devil's Lake, Wis. The potatoes were easy to prepare before we left and I would throw them on the grill."
Ingredients
- 4 baking potatoes, quartered
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Seasoned salt, to taste
Instructions
- Divide potato quarters, butter, onion and garlic equally and place in the center of four pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Wrap tightly and grill for about 1 hour or until the potatoes are soft. These potatoes can also be roasted in a 425F oven for about 1 hour.
