Deviled Egg Salad
- Yield 1 servings
- 12 large hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2-2/3 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup minced parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- to taste -- salt & ground red pepper
- Cook, cool, and peel the hard boiled eggs.
- Mash with fork in a bowl.
- Add the rest of ingrediants and mix well.
- Wonderful served on small cocktail biscuits.
