Deviled Egg Salad

Ingredients

12 large hard-boiled eggs
1/2-2/3 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
1/4 cup minced parsley
1/4 cup chopped chives
to taste -- salt & ground red pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook, cool, and peel the hard boiled eggs. 
  2. Mash with fork in a bowl. 
  3. Add the rest of ingrediants and mix well. 
  4. Wonderful served on small cocktail biscuits.
