Deviled Egg Salad

12large hard-boiled eggs
1/2-2/3cup Best Foods Mayonnaise
1/4cup minced parsley
1/4cup chopped chives
to taste-- salt & ground red pepper


  1. Cook, cool, and peel the hard boiled eggs. 
  2. Mash with fork in a bowl. 
  3. Add the rest of ingrediants and mix well. 
  4. Wonderful served on small cocktail biscuits.
