Deer chili

  • Yield 8 servings


2 pounds Ground deer meat (or cubed)
2 whole yellow onions
2 cloves garlic, mashed
2 cans kidney beans, canned
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans chopped tomato (small pieces)
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes


Brown meat with onions and garlic in a large skillet. Transfer to crock pot. Add all other ingredients and simmer on low for 4-6 hours.
