Deer chili

  • Yield: 8 servings


2pounds Ground deer meat (or cubed)
2whole yellow onions
2cloves garlic, mashed
2cans kidney beans, canned
2cans tomato sauce
2cans chopped tomato (small pieces)
3tablespoons chili powder
2tablespoons cumin
2tablespoons red pepper flakes


Brown meat with onions and garlic in a large skillet. Transfer to crock pot. Add all other ingredients and simmer on low for 4-6 hours.
