Deep Fried Spicy Frog Legs

1 pound frog legs
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 tablespoons sriracha hot sauce
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1 1/2 tablespoons Zatarain's Creole Seasoning**or to taste**
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons ketchup
1-2 srirachi hot sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 pinch sea salt


  1. In a zip lock bag combine flour, creole seasoning and cayenne pepper. add legs to flour mixture. make sure they are well coated. in a 350 degree fryer, fry frog legs until golden brown. serve with spicy sauce.
  2. To prepare the sauce, in a mixing bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. chill for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
