BBQ Chicken Jalapeno Pizza

1 package Pizza Crust Mix
1 cup Water (divided)
4 tablespoons Olive Oil (divided)
2 -- Chicken Breasts (bone in)
-- Salt
-- Peppr
-- 4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
6 slices Maple Flavored Bacon
2 1/2 cups Prepared Barbecue Sauce (Kraft Original)
1 -- Lemon
1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
2 -- Jalapeno Peppers
1 small Red Onion
1/2 cup Chick Peas
1 1/2 cups Provolone Cheese (Shredded)
-- Fresh Chopped Cilantro for Garnish


Step 1:
Place chicken breasts in a dutch oven. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Cover with 2 Cups barbecue sauce, 1/2 cup water, juice from 1 lemon, and 1 teaspoon brown sugar. Cover and place in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Keep covered until ready to pull.

Step 2:
Prepare pizza dough according to package instructions. Using 1/2 cup hot water (120-130 degreesF) and 1 teaspoon oil. Combine all three ingredients until well blended. Shape dough into a ball. Brush ball with 1 tablespoon oil and let stand 5 minutes. Press dough into a greased black cast iron skillet that has been greased with 1-2 tablespoon of oil. Prick dough generously with fork. Bake in a 475 degree oven for 5 minutes.

Step 3:
While dough is baking, fry bacon until crispy in a skillet. Drain on a paper towel. Crumble bacon into medium bits.

Step 4:
Devein and take the seeds out of the peppers. Then thinly slice jalapeno peppers and red onion.

Step 5:
Pull the chicken breasts into shreds. Then top the dough with 1/2 cup of the remaining barbecue sauce. Next add a generous amount of the chicken. Next place on the jalapeno peppers, onion slices, and chick peas. Lastly top pizza with the provolone cheese. Place pizza back into the oven for and additional 12-14 minutes. Remove and while cheese is still hot, sprinkle with the bacon bits and fresh chopped cilantro
