Deep, Dark Chocolate Cake

1 3/4 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup Hershey's cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup Canola oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water


Grease and flour (or use Baking Pam) a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 F.

Combine dry ingredients in large mixer bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Remove from mixer; stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely. Frost with Whipped cream frosting.
