Day After Thanksgiving Omelet

  • Yield: 2 - 3 servings

1pinch salt
1/2dash black pepper
1pinch substitute Mrs. Dash for Salt
1pinch cayenne to taste
1tablespoon milk or water
3 or 4 eggs

  1. Prepare your omelet filling by dicing, chopping, and cutting them up and warming them up.  Do the same with the gravy, sauce or salsa for the top and set it aside in a bowl.  Create your omelet in a non stick pan and once firm add your filling ingredients, and either add the sauce to the top or if folded over added the sauce to the top over a layer of grated cheese of your choosing.  Enjoy with a side of toast or warm rolls.
