Curried Chicken Strips

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
- 3 tablespoons green or red curry paste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 pound chicken tenders or strips
Instructions
- Combine orange juice concentrate with curry paste and oil. Toss with chicken tenders or strips. Roast 15 minutes at 375F.
