Cucumber, Ginger and Lime Sake Popsicles
- Yield 12 servings
This palate-cleansing pop is the perfect paired with grilled seafood or sushi.
- 2 1/2 cups good-quality Sake
- 2 cups roughly chopped cucumber
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped ginger
- 2 limes, zest and juice
- 3/4 light agave syrup
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve, discarding solids (optional).
- Pour mix into forms and freeze.
