Cucumber Dip

  • Yield: 3/4 cups


1-- (3-ounce) package cream cheese
2tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/2cup finely chopped cucumber
-- Light cream
-- Salt
-- Cucumber slices


  1. Combine cheese, onion, and cucumber.  Add enough cream to make cheese mixture of dipping consistency.  Add salt to taste.  Garnish with unpeeled cucumber slices.
