- Yield: 3/4 cups
- 1-- (3-ounce) package cream cheese
- 2tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1/2cup finely chopped cucumber
- -- Light cream
- -- Salt
- -- Cucumber slices
- Combine cheese, onion, and cucumber. Add enough cream to make cheese mixture of dipping consistency. Add salt to taste. Garnish with unpeeled cucumber slices.
