Crunchy Chicken Strips Honey-Mustard

- 1 package Breast Tenders
- 5 to 6 tablespoons of Honey and Yellow Mustard mixed together in small bowl
- 1 -- Tube of Crushed Ritz or any butter crackers
- 1 large baking pan sprayed with non stick
- Dipping Sauce:
- -- Make a separate bowl of equal parts Honey and Yellow Mustard mixed.
Preheat oven to 375.
Have prepared: 1 bowl with honey and yellow mustard mixed togather and 1 bowl of crushed ritz or butter crackers.
Take chicken tenders and dip in honey mustard and then dip in crushed crackers and then place on prepared baking pan.
Place in preheated 375 oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Should be a little browner than crackers were and crunchie.
Make a separate bowl of Honey and Yellow Mustard for a Dipping Sauce.
