Crockpot Red Beans and Rice

  • Yield 10-12 servings


2 cans red beans, undrained
1 package polish sausage, you can use lowfat
1 small onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
3 tablespoons A-1 sauce
3 tablespoons Heinz 57 sauce


  1.  SliceSlice sausaSl 

Slice sausage and combine all ingredients in a crockpot.  Cook on low about 6 hours.  Serve over cooked rice.  I always like to serve this with jalapeno cornbread and turnip greens.
