Crockpot Red Beans and Rice

2cans red beans, undrained
1package polish sausage, you can use lowfat
1small onion, chopped
1small bell pepper, chopped
3tablespoons worchestershire sauce
3tablespoons A-1 sauce
3tablespoons Heinz 57 sauce


  1.  SliceSlice sausaSl 

Slice sausage and combine all ingredients in a crockpot.  Cook on low about 6 hours.  Serve over cooked rice.  I always like to serve this with jalapeno cornbread and turnip greens.
