Crockpot Red Beans and Rice
- Yield 10-12 servings
Ingredients
- 2 cans red beans, undrained
- 1 package polish sausage, you can use lowfat
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 3 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons A-1 sauce
- 3 tablespoons Heinz 57 sauce
Instructions
Slice sausage and combine all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook on low about 6 hours. Serve over cooked rice. I always like to serve this with jalapeno cornbread and turnip greens.
