Crock Pot Tri Tip Roast

  • Yield 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients

1 medium Beef Roast
.5 cup Water
1 teaspoon salt
.5 teaspoon pepper
1 cup red wine (or water)
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

 

  1. Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of the Crock Pot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add roast.
  2. Pour water/wine around roast. Drizzle roast with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 5-6 hours, on high for 3-4, or until internal temperature reaches 160F).
