Crock Pot Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients

6medium Chicken Breast halves Frozen
1can Cream of Mushroom Soup
16ounces Sour Cream
1envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix, Dry

Instructions

Put frozen chicken in crock pot. Combine soup, sour cream and onion soup mix and pour over chicken.  Cook on low 7 hours.  Serve over noodles.
