Crispy Apple Coleslaw

The apples and pineapple in this cole slaw give it a deliciously sweet flavor.

Ingredients

2 cups cabbage shredded (time saver tip; use bagged cole slaw mix)
2 medium unpeeled apples
1 -- (16-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup fat-free or low fat mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix cabbage, apples and crushed pineapple with mayonnaise in a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
