Crispy Apple Coleslaw
- Yield 6 servings
The apples and pineapple in this cole slaw give it a deliciously sweet flavor.
- 2 cups cabbage shredded (time saver tip; use bagged cole slaw mix)
- 2 medium unpeeled apples
- 1 -- (16-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup fat-free or low fat mayonnaise
- Mix cabbage, apples and crushed pineapple with mayonnaise in a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
