Creme de Menthe Parfait

  • Yield 8 servings


1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup creme de menthe
1/4 cup creme de cocoa
1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce


soften ice cream and put 1/2 in 8 parfait glasses.  add 1/2 of the liquors and chocolate sauce.  put rest of ice cream on top and add rest of liquors and sauce.  Add a maraschino cherry on top if desired.  Refreeze until hard.  Soften a bit before serving
