Creme De Menthe Cake

  • Yield 20 pieces


1 -- white cake mix
3 tablespoons creme de menthe as part of water
1 can Hersheys chocolate syrup
1 large cool whip
4 tablespoons creme de menthe


  1. Mix cake as directed on box, using the 3 T creme de menthe as part of water.  Bake
  2. When still hot, poke holes in top of cake with fork.  Drizzle can of hersheys chocolate syrup over it.
  3. Cool
  4. Frost: 1 large cool whip and 4 T creme de menthe
  5. Refrigerate after frosting.
