Creme De Menthe Cake
- Yield 20 pieces
- 1 -- white cake mix
- 3 tablespoons creme de menthe as part of water
- 1 can Hersheys chocolate syrup
- 1 large cool whip
- 4 tablespoons creme de menthe
- Mix cake as directed on box, using the 3 T creme de menthe as part of water. Bake
- When still hot, poke holes in top of cake with fork. Drizzle can of hersheys chocolate syrup over it.
- Frost: 1 large cool whip and 4 T creme de menthe
- Refrigerate after frosting.
