Spruce up the classic mimosa with a creamy jello shot made with Rhum Chata and sparkling wine.

Creamsicle Mimosa Jelly Shot


1 cup sparkling wine
1/2 cup orange juice
1 package powdered gelatin
1/2 cup Rhum Chata liqueur


  1. Fill glasses halfway with sparkling wine and freeze.
  2. While wine is freezing, dissolve gelatin in juice. Heat just until gelatin is melted and stir in Rhum Chata. Pour into glasses and cool until set. Thaw to melt sparkling wine before serving. Makes 16 ounces.
