Cream Cheese Frosting
- Yield 12 servings
- 2 packages cream cheese (low fat)
- 1/2 unit cup butter
- 2 units cups shifted confectioners' sugar
- 1 unit teaspoon vainilla
- In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until creamy. Mix in the vanilla, then gradually stir in the confectioners’ sugar. Store in the refrigerator after use.
