Cream Cheese Frosting

  • Yield 12 servings

Ingredients

2 packages cream cheese (low fat)
1/2 unit cup butter
2 units cups shifted confectioners' sugar
1 unit teaspoon vainilla

Instructions

  1.  In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until creamy. Mix in the vanilla, then gradually stir in the confectioners’ sugar. Store in the refrigerator after use.
