Cream Cheese Frosting

  • Yield: 12 servings


2packages cream cheese (low fat)
1/2unit cup butter
2units cups shifted confectioners' sugar
1unit teaspoon vainilla


  1.  In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until creamy. Mix in the vanilla, then gradually stir in the confectioners’ sugar. Store in the refrigerator after use.
