Cream Cheese and Bacon Jalapenos
- Yield 20 servings
- 10 whole jalapnos
- 20 slices bacon
- 1 box cream cheese
- Rinse and slice the jalapenos in half legnthwise, and remove the seeds. Be sure to use gloves during this process.
- Fill each jalapeno half with cream cheese, about 1 Tbsp depending on size.
- Wrap the jalapeno halves in a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
- Grill the bacon-wrapped jalapenos on the grill until the bacon is cooked and the cheese is melted, about 25 minutes.
