Be sure to use gloves during this process. Fill each jalapeno half with cream cheese, about 1 Tbsp depending on size. Wrap the jalapeno halves in a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Grill the bacon-wrapped jalapenos on the grill until the bacon is cooked and the cheese is melted, about 25 minutes.
