Cream Cheese and Bacon Jalapenos

  • Yield 20 servings


10 whole jalapnos
20 slices bacon
1 box cream cheese


  1. Rinse and slice the jalapenos in half legnthwise, and remove the seeds. Be sure to use gloves during this process.
  2. Fill each jalapeno half with cream cheese, about 1 Tbsp depending on size.
  3. Wrap the jalapeno halves in a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
  4. Grill the bacon-wrapped jalapenos on the grill until the bacon is cooked and the cheese is melted, about 25 minutes.
