crawfish fettucine

  • Yield 12 servings


2 pounds crawfish
1 medium mexican velveeta cheese
1 pint half-n-half
1 stick butter
1 -- onion
1 small parsley & green onions to taste
1 small garlic powder & Zatarain's to taste
1 small bell pepper
1 package cooked fettucine noodles


saute onions & bell pepper in butter

add cheese & melt

add half-n-half, stirring the whole time

add garlic powder & Zatarains

add crawfish & stir about 15 minutes

add parsley & green onions


After it taste right, add cooked fettucine noodles

It always taste better after it has been sitting so noodles will soak up juice

even better the next day

crawfish may be substitued with shrimp and/or crab meat
