- Yield 4 cups
A refreshing twist to summer tea.
- 4 cups water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 -- cinnamon sticks
- 10 whole cloves
- 4 -- regular-size tea bags
- 1 -- (12-ounce) can frozen cranberry juice conentrate
- -- Ice
- Combine the water, sugar, cinnamon sticks and cloves in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Place the tea bags in a heatproof bowl and pour the boiling mixture over the tea bags. Steep for 3 minutes; remove the tea bags. Strain into a pitcher and discard the spices. Stir in the cranberry juice concentrate. Chill for 1 hour or longer. Serve over ice.
