Ingredients 2 cups fresh cranberries1 1/2 cups sugar, divided2 eggs1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 cup melted butter1 cup all-purpose flour Instructions Preheat oven to 325F. Place cranberries in a 10-inch pie pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over cranberries. Mix eggs, remaining sugar, vanilla, butter and flour and pour over cranberries. (Egg mixture and cranberries can be reversed for a more colorful pie. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
