Cranberry and White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1/2cup butter or margarine, softened
2/3cup sugar
1large egg, slightly beaten
1/2teaspoon ground cinnamon
1cup all-purpose flour
1 1/3cups old-fashioned oatmeal
1teaspoon baking soda
1cup dried cranberries
1/2cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together margarine, sugar and egg until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, mix together the cinnamon, flour, oatmeal and baking soda until well combined. Gradually add the dry mixture to the margarine mixture. Stir in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips, stirring to blend.
  3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons onto a cookie sheet coated with a nonstick cooking spray; bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
