Crabmelts

Ingredients

6 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup Crab Salad (from your grocers deli isle)
1 stick magarine softened
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 packages Thomas' English Muffins

Instructions

  1. Combine and stir all ingredients together.  Half the English Muffins, spread with crab mixture and then then cut each half into quarters.  Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and slightly browned.  Serve warm.
  2. Best when made ahead & frozen and then baked.
