Crab Pie

  • Yield 6 to8 servings


8 ounces soft cream cheese
1 tsp -- chopped onion
3/4 tsp -- old bay seafood seasoning
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp -- horseradish
1 tsp -- lemon juice
1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
1 package crackers


Combine cream cheese, chopped onion and Old bay; spread on platter. Refrigerate covered with plastic wrap. Then make sure by mixing remaining ingredients except crab meat and crackers. Spread over cheese. Just before serving, cover cheese and sauce with crab meat. Serve with crackers. Serve 6 to 8.
