Crab Dip with Cream Cheese and Chili Sauce
- Yield: 8-10 servings
- 1small onion
- 1bunch green onions
- 1pint crab meat, drained
- 1tablespoon lemon juice
- 2tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2tablespoons mayonnaise
- 16ounces cream cheese
- 1/4cup chili sauce
- 1 to 2tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Combine onion, green onion, crab meat and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until just mixed.
- In a separate bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and cream cheese. Add crab mixture. Stir well. Scrape mixture into a pie plate or shallow baking dish. Top with chili sauce and sprinkle with parsley. Chill for 2 hours.
