Crab Burgers

  • Yield: 4 servings


1cup backfin crabmeat
1/4cup diced celery
2tablespoons chopped onion
1/2cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2cup mayonnaise
4-- English muffins


  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Combine all ingredients except muffins.
  3. Lightly butter muffins and barely toast halves under broiler.
  4. Spread crab mixture on muffins and broil until bubbly and lightly browned.
  5. Serve with a fruit salad.
