Ingredients 3/4 cup California Raisins1 & 1/2 cup uncooked orzo pasta2 (6-ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts (6 oz. ea) NOT drained1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped1/2 medium red onion, chopped1 cup crumbled feta cheese1 cup black olives, drained1 teaspoon dried basil1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper Instructions Bring a large pot of water to boiling. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain, rinsing with cold water. In a large bowl, combine pasta with remaining ingredients and chill.
