Comforting Chicken Soup

  • Yield 8 servings


2 quarts water
8 -- chicken boullion cubes
6 1/2 cups egg noodles
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 cups cooked chicken breast
1 cup sour cream


Boil water and boullion cubes.  Add noodles and cook 'til tender.  Don't drain.  Add soup and chicken.  Heat.  Stir in sour cream right before serving.
