PrintEmail Ingredients 1 cup strong coffee1 cup brown sugar1/4 teaspoon vanilla1 tablespoon brandy -- Coffee or vanilla ice cream -- Whipped cream -- Toasted almonds Instructions Bring coffee and brown sugar to a boil and continue cooking 8 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla and brandy. Cool. Serve over coffee or vanilla ice cream and top with whipped cream and toasted almonds.
