- Yield: 4 servings
- 3cups strong brewed coffee, chilled
- 1tablespoon sugar
- 1cup half-and-half
- 4scoops coffee ice cream
- 3/4cup club soda
- -- Whipped cream
- Mix the first 3 ingredients in a pitcher until smooth. Pour into tall glasses, filling halfway. Add 1 scoop ice cream to each glass and fill with the club soda. Top with whipped cream.
