You can enjoy this ice cream treat anytime of the year.
- 3 cups strong brewed coffee, chilled
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 4 scoops coffee ice cream
- 3/4 cup club soda
- -- Whipped cream
- Mix the first 3 ingredients in a pitcher until smooth. Pour into tall glasses, filling halfway. Add 1 scoop ice cream to each glass and fill with the club soda. Top with whipped cream.
