Coffee-Glazed Ham

The coffee in this glaze is a unique twist to the typical brown sugar glaze.


1 (10 pound) cooked ham
1 (1-pound) box brown sugar
1 cup apple juice
1 cup brown mustard
1 cup brewed coffee


  1. Place ham in a roasting pan.
  2. Combine brown sugar, apple juice, mustard and coffee in a bowl and mix well. Spread over ham.
  3. Bake at 350F for 2 hours or until ham is heated through.
