The coffee in this glaze is a unique twist to the typical brown sugar glaze.
- 1 (10 pound) cooked ham
- 1 (1-pound) box brown sugar
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup brown mustard
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- Place ham in a roasting pan.
- Combine brown sugar, apple juice, mustard and coffee in a bowl and mix well. Spread over ham.
- Bake at 350F for 2 hours or until ham is heated through.
