- Yield: 2
- 1cup butter, softened
- 4tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2cups all-purpose flour
- 1cup chopped nuts
- 1teaspoon vanilla
- Cream butter. Stir in sugar and flour. Add nuts and vanilla.
- Roll heaping teaspoon with hand into small cocoon shape.
- Bake at 300F for 45 minutes.
NOTE: Roll in powdered sugar after they’ve cooled, if desired.
