Coconut Chess Pie
- Yield: 8 servings
- 3large eggs
- 1 1/2cups sugar
- 1tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
- 1stick margarine, melted
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3cup coconut
- pinch salt
- -- Unbaked 8 or 9-inch pie shell
- Beat eggs. Stir in other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350F to 375F for 45 minutes or until well set.
