Coconut Chess Pie

  • Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

3large eggs
1 1/2cups sugar
1tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
1stick margarine, melted
1teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3cup coconut
pinch salt
-- Unbaked 8 or 9-inch pie shell

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs.  Stir in other ingredients.  Mix well.  Pour into pie shell and bake at 350F to 375F for 45 minutes or until well set.
