PrintEmail Ingredients 3 large eggs1 1/2 cups sugar1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice1 stick margarine, melted1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/3 cup coconut pinch salt -- Unbaked 8 or 9-inch pie shell Instructions Beat eggs. Stir in other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350F to 375F for 45 minutes or until well set.
