Classic Meatloaf from Town House

Ingredients
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons fat-free milk
- 1 teaspoon dried sage leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup Keebler® Club® Original or Keebler® Town House® Original cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 pound lean ground pork
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions
- In large bowl, stir together eggs, milk, sage, pepper, salt and garlic powder. Stir in cracker crumbs and onion.
- Add ground beef and pork. Mix until combined. In shallow baking pan, shape meat mixture into 9 x 4-inch loaf. Bake at 350F for 65 minutes or until no longer pink in center and instant-read thermometer reads 160F.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl stir together ketchup, brown sugar and mustard.
- Spoon fat from meatloaf. Spread ketchup mixture over top. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes more. Let stand for 10 minutes.
