PrintEmail Ingredients 1/2 cup sugar1/4 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons cinnamon1 teaspoon nutmeg2 tablespoons water1 -- egg white2 cups pecan halves Instructions Combine sugar, salt and spices and mix well. Add water to egg white beating until frothy. Stir pecans into egg mixture until well coated. Combine the sugar mixture; spread over buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Watch carefully. Stir once after removing from oven.
