PrintEmail Ingredients Cinnamon Streusel:1 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup granulated sugar1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 cup chopped nutsCoffee Cake:2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened1 cup sugar2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup sour cream Instructions To prepare the streusel, combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well. Stir in the nuts. To prepare the coffee cake, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together. Beat together butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Add flour mixture to butter mixture, a little at a time, beating well after each addition. The batter will be thick. Spread the batter and streusel half at a time in a lightly greased 9×9-inch baking pan, ending with the streusel. Bake at 325F for 40 minutes or until the coffee cake tests done.
