Cinnamon Crisp Cookies

Ingredients

1/2cup butter
1cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1teaspoon vanilla
3/4cup flour
1teaspoon baking powder
1/4teaspoon salt
1 1/2teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2cups Premier Harvest Soy Anytime

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Beat butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until creamy. Add  flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; stir well. Add Premier Harvest Soy Anytime; stir well.
  3. Drop dough by tablespoons, about 3 inches apart, onto greased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
