This heady condiment is wonderful on grilled tofu or fish.
- 2 cups packed cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup packed flat-leaf parsley
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 scallions
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- Juice of 1 lime
- Make sure cilantro and parsley are well washed. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor fitted with metal blade and process 45 seconds or until combined well. Makes about 1 cup.
