Cilantro Lime Yogurt Dip

1cup plain low-fat Real California yogurt
2tablespoons chopped cilantro
1tablespoon thinly sliced green onion tops
1tablespoon fresh lime juice
3/4teaspoon lime zest
1/2teaspoon sugar
1/4teaspoon salt


  1. Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour for flavors to blend.
