Chocolate Sauce That’s Low in Fat
- Yield 8 servings
This super low-fat chocolate sauce is irresistible served hot or even right out of the refrigerator.
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Combine sugar, cocoa, corn syrup and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let cool. Serve over frozen vanilla yogurt.
