Chocolate Sauce That’s Low in Fat

1/2cup sugar
1/3cup cocoa
1/3cup light corn syrup
1/3cup water
1teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Combine sugar, cocoa, corn syrup and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let cool. Serve over frozen vanilla yogurt.
