Chocolate Peppermint Pots

3/4cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1stick Butter
2-- Eggs
3/4cup Superfine white sugar
3tablespoons All-purpose flour
1/2cup Peppermint Kisses, chopped


Butter four ramekins.

Melt together semi-sweet chips and butter, then cool.

In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sugar and flour; add cool semi-sweet mixture and blend.

Fold in peppermint chips, chopped.

Pour into buttered ramekins.

Bake at 400 for 22 minutes.
