Chocolate Peppermint Pots

- 3/4 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 stick Butter
- 2 -- Eggs
- 3/4 cup Superfine white sugar
- 3 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Peppermint Kisses, chopped
Butter four ramekins.
Melt together semi-sweet chips and butter, then cool.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, sugar and flour; add cool semi-sweet mixture and blend.
Fold in peppermint chips, chopped.
Pour into buttered ramekins.
Bake at 400 for 22 minutes.
