Chocolate-Pecan Pie

Try this easy recipe for a delicious pie.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 -- (6-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 -- eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pecans
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 -- pie shell, unbaked
Instructions
- Mix milk, butter and chocolate in double boiler. Heat until chocolate melts. Stir in remaining ingredients, adding vanilla last. Pour into pie shell and bake 35 minutes at 375F.
