Chocolate Molten Cakes

  • Yield 6 servings


4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 -- eggs
2 -- egg yolks
6 tablespoons Flour


Preheat oven to 425. Butter 6 individual ramekins. Microwave chocolate and butter in glass bowl on high for 1 minute. Whisk until blended. Add heat by 10 second intervals if necessary until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended. Divide batter between cups.

Bake 10 minutes until sides are firm and center is soft. Let stand 1 minute. Loosen edge with knife and invert onto serving dish. Sprinkle with dusting of powdered sugar. Serve with ice cream or whip cream.
