Chocolate Melting Cake
- Yield 8 servings
- 1 1/3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butter
- 5 -- eggs, room temperature
- 5/8 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup flour
Melt choc. chips and butter over low heat. In a mixing bowl, mix eggs and sugar, then add the flour. Slowly whisk in the choc. mixture. Pour into 8 greased 4 oz ramekins.
Bake 400 degrees for 10 mins. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top when slightly cooled.
Middle of cake will have a pudding like consistency….mmm good!!
I put the dishes on a holey pizza pan to bake them, so they si9t level in the oven.
