- Yield 8 servings
- 2 cups chocolate chips (can use milk or dark)
- 2/3 cup half and half
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- assorted piece dippers (marshmallows, pretzels, fresh strawberries and/or pineapple, cake cubes, etc.
- Combine half and half and chocolate chips in pot on stove and stir constantly until chocolate chips are melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour into fondue pot.
- Serve with a variety of dippers.
