Chocolate Fondue

  • Yield 8 servings


2 cups chocolate chips (can use milk or dark)
2/3 cup half and half
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
assorted piece dippers (marshmallows, pretzels, fresh strawberries and/or pineapple, cake cubes, etc.


  1. Combine half and half and chocolate chips in pot on stove and stir constantly until chocolate chips are melted. 
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. 
  3. Pour into fondue pot. 
  4. Serve with a variety of dippers.
