Chocolate Coffee Energy Bites

1cup Medjool dates (about 15 whole dates)
1/2cup raw almonds
1/4cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2tablespoons ground coffee
1tablespoon chia seeds
Pinch of salt


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the almonds are in very small pieces and the mixture holds together when squeezed.
  3. Using wet hands, form into twelve 1-inch balls.
